Description of Blasting Technlogy

An abrading agent is blasted onto rotating and moving parts from below and from above simultaneously, ahich results in the processing of the whole surface of the part during one blasting cycle. The parts can be charged into the machine individually or in groups. In blasting groups of parts, a tree is used the shape of which is modified according to the dimensions and shapes of the parts to be blasted, so that the inside blasting space is occupied to maximum while observing the maximum loading capacity of the hook.

The machine is equipped with a pair of charging cars with a suspending electric pulley. The pulley is equipped with a hook suspension, which enables simultaneous rotation and movement of the suspension during the blasting process.

The cars can be moved manually on a T-shaped charging track. This track shape free travel of the charging car between the right ane left position. This facilitates the organisation of the blasting working mode so that there are blasted parts on one side of the machine and parts to be blasted on the other. During the blasting of one batch of parts, the parts on the other car get replaced for the next blasting cycle, which reduces idle times to a minimum.
