Surface Finishes
Metal production also includes surface finishes of workpieces, steel structures and weldments. Besides the modern paint shop, you can also make use of the zinc-coating (metallization) process in our metallizing chamber.
Paint Shop
A sprayer stands in front of the product located in the working space and sprays NH paint towards the shutter wall. A discharge fan exhausts the air polluted by NH sprays through a three-stage dry separator system where the solid as well as liquid particles of the paint get trapped. The air is then pushed by the fan into the exhaust piping and through a scattering exhaust-head into outside air. The exhaust piping includes a damping pad and control damper.
Zinc-coating
the principe of zinc-coating (metallizing) lies in the smelting of a material resistant to corrosion onto blasted surface of iron of steel.A wire of noble metal or alloy gets smelted in acetylene flame and is applied onto the surface under pressure, where it creates a alyer of non-corrosive metal. this layer prevents corrosion and greatly increases the service life od products treated with this method.
